What is good music to work out to (boxing and tai chi)?

What is good music to work out to (boxing and tai chi)?

It depends on what gets your heart pumping. Boxing and Tai Chi are 2 very different things, so you'll want 2 very different sounds. For boxing, look for something upbeat, maybe even something that makes you mad (a song that reminds you of your ex, for example); I prefer SKA to get me in a wake-up mood, like Reel Big Fish, No Doubt, or Mighty Mighty Bosstones. As for the Tai Chi, silence is fine, as it will allow you to focus and relax your body, or you could look up something New Age-y like Angels of Venice or one of those 'Sounds of the Rainforest' cds to further relax you.

bob marley, he smoke weed.

earthquake - family force 5

LOL on second thought, that would be good only for boxing.

rock lobster

Green Day or Blink 182 or even reel big fish all those bands are good!

hmm well i say something
that gets you moving
& you enjoy :D

thats what i do everyday<3

rocky soundtrack

for boxing i think you should do something fast paced with lots of energy like dance or techno. For tai chi , something soothing&calm like those CD's with the sounds on water flowing or thunderstorms (nature sounds) or just someone singing a slow song. Hope i helped :D

well for boxing...i would say something like harder rock or metal...something that would make you feel more "aggresive". it would suit the work out....

but im not sure about tai chi....i think its supposed to be more relaxed so i would choose a more soothing type of music.
