Bloody rash after tai chi excersise?


Hi,
I just went to tai chi chuan martial arts class for first time. Held a hand stand for 60 seconds, didnt drink throughout and now I have patches of bloody rash over my face, can someone please tell me what this is

Sounds like internal bleeding.
