I need to watch tutorials of "Tai Chi Chuan" and also need to know more about it .will any body help please?

as or instructor (Coah) has left our country so we need to keep on doing our practices by our own.

thank you in anticipation

firstly keep to the class structure as far as possible. Do the warm ups the same etc etc.

Then do the very basic exercises: stepping, first section etc. Use this time to revise what you think you may know. Keep it step by step and clear - discuss between the group what specific class target you will work at EACH lesson EG: "We will aim to perfect the opening sequence this evening - or wave hands etc etc".

Work in pairs or with senior students leading small groups.

Finish up working on posture accuracy. If you don't remember all the movements and links then it is great time to really learn the stillness and transitional nature of the postures.

Finish with some breathing chi gung or whatever you normally do. Enjoy it!!

Try to invite your instructor back to give seminars to continue your training. If your instructor has left for good, then, depending on your style try to find other reputable instructors who would be willing to offer you seminars. They may have to travel long distances, so take this into consideration. Also check out my website below as there might be some information or links to other websites that could help you. Good luck.
