John: it really depends on where you live and what exactly you need.

There are Toaist health centers in several large US and European cities, and if you are close to one with a large Chinese community, traditional medicine, herbalists, acupuncturist, moxibustion practioners will be available. You might start with the Yellow Pages and work from there.
