Which is better Yoga or Tai chi chuan?



I have taken Tai-Chi lessons before but am starting to do some Yoga. They seem somewhat similar in their goals. So which is better for you overall?

Which ever one intrigues you the most and will keep you the most dedicated, focused, and entertained. Honestly, if things seem similar to you, select them based on personal preference. Football isn't better than Hockey and Baseball isn't better than Basketball, it's all just personal preference.
pick the one you like best and stick with it tai chi is more mental focusing your energy and yoga more for relaxation and flexibility
Tai/chi because it makes you move more muscle yet keeping you focus on meditations
