Tai Chi? For racing thoughts.?



Has anyone tried this? I'm looking for something that will work.

I do tai chi every day to start my day and I love it . If you do it slowly and precisely, it is an excellent complete body exercise program. It will improve strength, flexibility and balance. In addition, if you work on keeping your breathing controlled and rhythmic, tai chi has a calming, almost meditative effect. I highly recommend it.
I have used a book called "Tai-Chi, Step by Step by Master Lam Kam Chuen. It is very easy to understand, if you do not have a teacher.
It is a wonderful way to 'ground' yourself, when you are flying all over.
It will work
if you believe something works, then regardless, it will work.
