A question to teen male health..?

Im 15 and have been doin kegel exercise. does that effect my penis growth during my growing ages?

No, Kegal exercises will not increase the size of your penis.
It will grow on it's own... you're too young to be worrying about that anyway.
doing kegel exercises for men prolongs the duration of lovemaking so you don't ejaculate as quick and makes your climax much more intense it does not effect the growth of your penis
NO, kegal exercises are for women and their pelvis and are used to strengthen the muscles there after childbirth or with aging. So, since I doubt you have either of those two problems or ever will, I would find something more useful to do. Your penis will be the size God intended it to be, no larger, no smaller and at 15 you need to find more constructive, achievable goals. Maybe passing all your subjects with A's so you can become a great whatever you may want to be when you grow up and realize that penis size does not a great man make.
Doing Kegel exercises will not increase your penis size. Your penis will grow on its own. You are too young to be worrying about the size of your penis now. Have you ever heard the saying " It is not the size of it but how you use it" ? Well it is true. When you get older women will care more about if you know how it use it the right way and not about the size. If the guy has a 7 inch penis and fucks like a rabbit the woman isn't going to like it. With my experence women prefer a man who can use it right then rather his size. Oh yeah by the way Kegel exercises will only make you last longer in bed so you don't *** so early during intercourse.
