Bladder infection, highly irregular periods and thyroid disorder, tell me what i should do?

1.i have thyroid disorder for 8 yrs.i'm in my mid 20's and my periods have been highly inconsistent.i had my periods 6 months ago and it lasted for 30 days.(serious over bleeding).
2.though ever since i've had thyroid disorder my periods been irregular, i never had bleeding for over 30 days.at the earlier years of my treatment i had allopaty treatment but those medications were making me xtremely sleepy.
3.currently i'm opting for homeopathy treatment, though it gave me lot of mental relief, of late my periods have become very irregular,i have serious bladder infection & it hurts like hell everytime i urinate(no blood drop so far),to stop it i have to drink atleast 10 glasses of h20.i have frequent urinating urges & often lose control over my bladder.i often become restless,my memory seems to be failing ,my visions failin, often my feet & hands become cold & numb,at times i seem to be lost in my own thought,i tire easily, unable to focus my thoughts & unable to sleep at night.
plz help.

You really need to beon thyroid meds. If you want the more holistic approach try Armour thyroid. It's a natural thyroid medication that has been around over 100 years. It works well. I have been on it for 5 years now with great results.

Your thyroid levels must be great off to have such an effect on your system. If on T4 you need the morning TSH around 1.0. If on Armour, the free t4 should be midrange and the free t3 high in range to slightly over.

You should go see a doctor to treat the infection and to get thyroid levels correct. The thyroid gland has such an effect on the body that it is important to treat it.

Personally I think that you need to seek medical attention from a doctor.

Irregular periods and a bladder infection are all things that an be sorted out by your doctor

xx good luck xx

You seriously need to get on antibiotics for that UTI. They can turn bad quick. Second of all...you may have some mild depression. That can be the cause of your lack of focus and sleep. I would get into a doctor that could help. You could have some kind of issue such as diabetes or tumor on your optical nerve that is causing your vision troubles. It sounds like you have alot of health problems that more or less cant be solved in a question/answers forum. Good luck and hopefully you can get your health on track because you are still so young.

let me tell you, im just now recovering from a serious kidney infection due to recurring bladder infections. dont ignore it! dont try to cure it on your own. go to the doc so u can get the antibiotics u need. the periods being that long arent normal at all. i used to have irregular periods then i started having periods that last for 2 weeks! turns out that was due to me having cysts or fibroids in my ovaries. so i was prescribed the pill because the hormones were supposed to stop more growth of the cysts. it has. this was when i was 15 and im almost 22 now.
