How do you cure thyroid disorder (disease) naturally ? |
How do you cure thyroid disorder (disease) naturally ? Aside from the most commonly thought of Iodine (a mineral naturally occurring in Kelp and Bladderwrack Leaves), there's also L-Tyrosine (an amino acid), Coleus Forskohlii (an herb). Those are the most helpful for most people to nourish their thyroid, but some people also get benefits from the B-vitamins, Zinc, Selenium, and Copper. Source(s): I'm a Product Specialist for a vitamin company Source naturally derived iodine, the synthetically produced stuff is rubbish and may not help you. Iodine is naturally found in certain foods but if you have advanced thyroid dysfunction you may benefit from taking natural iodine. Some say that it stimulates the thyroid so that it may produce the hormone again naturally. Look at your diet too and what over the counter medications you are taking....these factors are all important when considering why a part of your body is not functioning properly My mother's thyroid was not functioning properly and for years she sung of the benefits of natural iodine... tough to find though, maybe try the US From my mom's experience: She was given thyrolate by a chiropractor who was treating her in a manner to get her off all the meds that were crippling her. The thyrolate, though MDs cringe at the thought of natural, helped keep a real balance and eventually she was able to discontinue regular use. She knew because of how she was feeling, and she ran out while waiting for more to arrive. There are times that she may need to start up again, but it is usually for a short period while she figures out what an environmental trigger might be. Two major environmental triggers that she has figured out are antibacterial cleaning products. Stay clear of them. They gave her a bout so scary she actually tried the MD route again (then kicked herself appropriately). Also, fluoride. Is there fluoride in your toothpaste, drinking water, etc? It is an thyroid irritant. She has to get her water from the store or friends who have wells/springs. She's had the problem since her early 30s, and is now in her 60s. She has been managing it naturally since she was in her late 40s. She is still completely pharmaceutical free. I'm so proud of her!!! My mom's life story. . . a long one, but is a great example of being in tune. take more amount of Iodised salt or go to live near sea shore or beach |
