How long does it take for trichomoniasis?

to go away without treatment i need to no becuz my best friend wants to have sex with his gurl but he told me he has trick and he doesn't have insurance so he can't go to tha doctor

Trich does NOT go away without medical treatment. In fact, you can have trich for long periods of time and never even know you have it because it's asymptomatic.
He needs to either go to Planned Parenthood (they have a pay sliding scale) or to his local health department (depending the test might even be free) and get tested. He runs the risk of possibly knowningly infecting other people and people have been known to sue for that too.

it wont go away on its own he needs medical care, he needs to stay away from the girl until its been sorted!

Most county Health Departments have low or no cost services, for people without insurance. Tell him to check it out because, yes, he needs treatment.
