Can you get trichomoniasis from a toiler seat?

EDIT: For the well-meaning, but WRONG people out there. Trichinosis and Trichomoniasis are two different things. Trichomoniasis is a disease resulting from colonization by the unicellular parasite Trichomonas, which lives in your urethra (ow), primarily infects women, and is sexually transmitted.
Trichinosis (aka Trichinellosis), on the other hand, is caused by the worm Trichinella, and is contracted after eating undercooked or raw meat, most often from wild carnivorous animals, but also from domestic pigs.

I thought that trichinosis is what you get when you eat the flesh of the pig, because hidden under the sink is the trichina worm. Have you ever poured alcohol on the flesh of a pig to see what the result is? Try it,

You would have to make an extraordinary effort to acquire Trichomonas from a toilet seat. The inoculum would have to be quite fresh and placed directly to the urethra. That might still not be sufficient to enable the parasite to enter the urethra. Simple skin inoculation would not be enough. Theoretically, the penis could dangle into a fresh heavy inocula on some types of toilet seats and at least introduce the parasite to a potential portal of entry. It would probably die there or get washed away when urinating. I'd suggest avoiding sitting on any public toilet seat even though none of the common sexually transmitted infections are transmitted this way.

By the way, if you have Trichomonas, you got it from a partner. Turn them in because you both need treatment and both need to choose better partners and choose much more carefully.

If both of you really believe that neither of you has had another partner, at least one of you is lying or perhaps you were stoned and cannot remember. It is time to find a new and more reliable partner for one of you. No it does not remain dormant. Duh! Get treated and say good bye.

Trichinosis is from eating Pork that has not been thoroughly cooked.
All pork should be cooked very well. Trichinosis is very dangerous... Has nothing to do with sex.
