Trichomoniasis!?

I need a very straight forward answer.
about four months ago i started having bladder infections, and was given medicine, then i got trichomoniasis symptoms and it wasn't until this past friday that i was diagnosed with it and was given an antibiotic.
here's the thing:
I'm married. and i have been faithful to my husband.
he has told me again and again that he has been faithful to me and as much as i want to believe him. i can't.
i've researched this as much as i can, on some sites it says it can be possible to get it from a damp towel, clothes or toilet seat, and my doctor has said the same.
but i am aware that it is possible but not very probable.
i need to know if there is for sure another way i could have gotten it. if not, i'm afraid i have to come to terms with my husband being unfaithful to me.

he is being unfaitful..guys lie even when you catch them in the act..they'll lie till there death..trust me i saw my ex cheat on me and he still denyed it saying it was his brother..his brother does not look like him..but i had trich it sucks

STD can only be transmitted through sexual intercourse. If you were not with anyone else at the time and had been tested previously for STD's it's your husband. I think your doctor means it is possible but not very common.
I have to agree with the other answer. You can get it from a damp towel, but it's not as likely.
Another STD is bladder infections. You can transfer them between sexual partners, and they are more likely when you have more then one sexual partner.

So you have contracted 2 STDs, and have had no other sexual partners. Though, both can be contracted from other areas, it's not very likely.

FYI: you weren't on an antibiotic, those are for bacterial infections only, you had a parasite I think you were probably on flagyl
