Can getting a urinary tract infection mean your pregnant? |
i found out today that i had a UTI and am due for my period next week. I had unprotected sex about two weeks ago so can this be an early sign that im pregnant? Can it just be that i am getting a UTI and not be pregnant? Can this be an early hint of being pregnant? please anyone who had common experience or knows anything about this please post. thank you Sometimes you can get a UTI without even having sex. It's not a sign you're preggo at all. Urinary tract infections are not a sign you are pregnant, you could very well be pregnant if you had unprotected sex two weeks ago but it would have nothing to do with being pregnant. Women of all ages can get UTI's with or with out having sex. A lot of little girls can get them just by getting bubble baths. So no it's not a sign of pregnancy. If you are concerned that you may be pregnant then you should see your doctor for a blood test or wait until your missed period and test at home with a home pregnancy test. Good Luck! you can get a UTI without being pregnant. it is not a sign at all that you are pregnant. if you are pregnant you have a higher chance of getting them then a woman who isn't pregnant but even then they don't usually happen until your baby is big enough to push on your bladder. no its not a definite sign that your prego. Sex itself can cause a UTI you'll have puppies soon enough! seriously though, I hope you're not, don't need anymore of THAT in the gene pool no, it just means you got some nasty crap in that urinary track i had one every time i got pregnant so maybe.. |
