If a male has a urinary tract infection, how long does it take to show symptoms; pee blood, pain while peeing? |
How many days approximately would it take for common symptoms to show from the initial moment that the bacteria/infection started multiplying? A few days - maybe one week I've had about a hundred UTIs and have never peed blood, so it doesn't always happen. You can have pain within hours of receiving the bacteria. But if the bacteria spreads slowly it could take a day or two. Unfortuantely, I'd consider myself a UTI expert by now. You will know if you have one but 3 to 4 days if you had sex with someone who has a UTI you will get it to ,drink lots of water and cranberry juice if that does not work go to the doctor because you can pass it back and forth hope this helps. |
