Hi all I have cancer of the uterine and I am almost 39. I have a very important question here?

so if there is any medical proffesionals on here that would be great.I am premenopausal which means I get irregular periods so with my cancer whenI do bleed how do I know if it my period or just irreguar bleeding? Like on Tuesday last week I bleed for the first time in 3 months and it lasted for about say 5 days and then for 2 days after I started spotting pihkish blood in my urine at the end of it. I have not got cramps im my stomach right now as I type this and it iwll continue until next time I bleed which might be in one week, 1 month 6 months. so what I want to know with my cancer that was diagnosed recently how do I know if it is my period or vaginal bleeding non related?

So sorry for your situation. One question. Why haven't you had a hysterctomy to remove your uterus if you have cancer? Wouldn't this nearly all of your problems, save having to have some chemo perhaps?

You're probably not going to know which is from the cancer and which is just your regular period. I will say that if your usual cycle before being diagnosed was five days then I would think that would be your period. The pink spotting in between your periods that look like it's in your urine is actually tissue from the uterus. Your periods will be irregular from now on so expect the unexpected.
