Any doctors or Rns on here or oncoligysts. this is a cancer of the uterine question here?

I want to know why with this cancer you start of bleeding so much you haemerage a few times for days and days until yu go to the er, and then you do not hemerage anymore? Then I started spotting inbwtween my periods that are so irregular last year for the who year putting it down to menopuase but I was wrong. Now I am spotting pinish blood sometimes in my urine at the end of my urine if you know what I mean. This does not happen all the time but sometimes. so what I want to know is why do you stop hemeraging after certain time and get other symptoms? Becasue I do not bleed loads anymore it is more the extreem exuastion not becasue I am anemic becasue I am not anemic but just plain exhausted. and also if the cancer has gone to my left breast(where the pain is) do you feel pain when you press on with a lump? I am scared of chemo. Please can anyone help answer my questions? Thank you.

Your still talking to the same group of people.

Your bleeding is related to a combo of where your cancer is, hormones, and your blood counts. You say you are not anemic but I still havnt seen you say if your platelets are normal or if you have had a pt test to tell clotting times or any of that good stuff.

You are not spotting in your urine, it is light vaginal bleeding.

I dont know what the deal with your breast is.

Chemo sucks, and you are going to continue to be scared of every option you have til sit down and talk to your doctor. You siad you are going tom? or today, not sure which post that was in.
Before you go, right down every single question you have asked on here and ask your doc and write down the answer to every one. If he says something you dont understand, write it down and look it up later. ASk for correct spellings. Ask for clarification of things you dont understand. Ask about the specific chemos and treatment protocols. Not all of them are that bad. THere are some treatments that you would even still be able to work full time through.

You cant be scared or make any decisions with out KNOWLEDGE. KNOWLEDGE GIVES YOU POWER.

We are answering your questions but you're not ready to listen. The irregular bleeding or hemorrhaging you're talking about is due to changing hormone levels in the pituitary and thyroid glands. Your body goes through a cycle every month in preparation for pregnancy. Once the hormone level goes down, your period starts. The reason why you see more blood is because the wall of your uterus is more friable.

As the previous poster told you, the pinkish blood in the urine that you see sometimes is actually tissue coming through from the uterus and not a urinary tract infection.

As far as being tired, I know you said you're not anemic but every clinic and hospital has their own standards on what a 'normal' hemoglobin is. The usual 'normal' hemoglobin for a woman is 12-15gm/dl. Anything less than 12 in a woman I would consider as anemic.

Please take the advise of the previous poster and write down your questions and if you don't understand something...ask. I know you said earlier that you wanted to give up the fight but with all these questions I think that you still want to live. Good luck.
