Someone i know was diagnosed w/ stage 3c uterine cancer. what is the prognosis/survival rate? truth please!?

The survival rate of uterine cancer is NOT typically low. The 5-year survival rate for a stage 1 is as high as 95%. However, at a stage 3C the survival rate drops to about 25-30%.
