Fat in liver and the dr. said i have varicose veins on the outside of the liver?

Has anyone ever heard of this before. I know its dangerous. I was told I need to loose twenty pounds lost four already. Going for another test to see if the veins are working there way up the throat. The test with the tube and camera down my mouth. If you know or have this problem please help. Wanting to know everything about it and then some.Thanks everyone.
