Varicose veins problem?

I'm only 21 years old but I have these varicose veins on my hands and reaches up to my lower limb. They are very visible and are quite thick too. I have a very light complexion and I'm very thin.
I'm a kind of person who loves to help around and I'm very physically active. But I can see these varicose veins getting worse and worse by the years and now my hands are like hands of a male!

What are some ways to minimize it or atleast prevent it from getting worse???
