I am 19 weeks pregnant with baby #2. I am starting to get spider veins and varicose veins.? |
I was wondering if anyone else has or is experiencing this. I am only 24 and I would really not like to get these any worse than I already have them. I don't think they go away. I would also like to know some exercises that would help blood circulation in my legs. I think that is was is causing this because my legs a couple weeks earlier in my pregnancy were constantly going numb. I have not been able to be on my feet all that much because when i stand any longer than 5 minutes or so I get really dizzy. I go to the doctor the day after tommorow so I will bring it up with him then, but I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions that I could go over with the Dr. wednesday. It always helps to bring ideas to the Dr. so that you know more of what to do or not to do I've noticed. They aren't always that specific. try wearing support hose or support socks, it might help because the veins get inflamed. Try to keep your feet elevated as much as possible when you're not working. Congrats to you! I have a noticable but not "bubbly" varicose vein at the back of my leg. My sister had a tonne of them, and just recently had them pulled out so I dread the thought that maybe I might end up that bad... |
