How can I rid my varicose vein? |
I have one vein which has been varicose since I was 10. After having had 4 children it has deteriorated to the point I would like to get rid of it now. BUT I dont want to have to spend tme in hospital, or have a general anaesthetic to have it stripped. What are my other options? And what prices am I looking at for having this done privately? try webmd.com or familydoctor.org As far as im aware, the only option is surgery. You would be able to have the procedure done and go home the same day, so you wouldnt be there long at all. |

try webmd.com or familydoctor.org ...try wearing support hose or support socks, it might help because the veins get inflamed. Try to keep your feet elevated as much as possible when you're not working. Congrats to you! ...I havent heard of leeches for varicose veins.... I have heard of leaches being used for different surgeries to help restore blood flow to areas distal (farther out on body) from the surgical sight.... No, I can't say I have...Odd and unappealing, lol. ...Yeah, they are nasty ...Well first of all if your pregnant then these things will pop up. Especially the stretch marks. As far as varicose veins and spider veins thoe are usually hereditary or due to a change in hormones ... hi, they are normally found running from your ankle to your knee, mainly in the calf area, if they are bad they show up like blue knots under the skin, you can also feel them, hope this answers you...
