Varicose veins???

is there any way to prevent and treat varicose veins???

Maybe you should email Roger Gordon [rowago9@gte.net] who claims that 60 days on the Water Cure got rid of huge bulging varicose veins on the back of one of his legs 100 percent and on his other leg 50 percent.

The Water Cure involes more than drinking water. It involves eating certain foods like beans, eggs, fresh fruit & vegetables, etc. and also taking a few supplements like chlorophyll, acidophilis, a good multi-vitamin, flax seed oil, etc. It is called the Water Cure because ONLY with proper hydration will the body properly absorb the nutrients it needs. The Water Cure tells you what it takes to get properly hydrated and what you need to avoid putting into your body.

strip them

Babywait has much experience with varicose veins as many old and overweight woman do....Listen to her, she knows. But if you can not afford surgery or don't want to go that route, try massaging chamomile essential oil on effected area often and try to incorporate Hawthorne berries and Cayenne peppers into your diet along with more exercise...... Spider veins are just a lack of circulation

You need to go to a vascular surgeon. He can do an ultrasound to find out what is causing your varicose veins. Stripping is an outdated method of treatment. There are newer more cutting edge treatment. If there is a medical reason for the varicose veins your insurance should cover treatment. Good luck
