Alright im developing them under my eyes , and most likely its from the computer screen. However what are the health risk from these if any? Laser surgery will zap veins under eyes and they'll dimish within a few days. You'd need to see a cosmetology doctor. Otherwise, just makeup will cover them up! =) Lazers |
