I am thinking of a Varicose Vein Laser Removal operation, I live in Boston MA, any ideas how much will it be?

I have 2-3 veins not too serious. I don't have any pain at all but just not comfortable with the looks.

I am in the process of having this done. The doctor had me have an ultrasound to determine the medical necessity of the procedure. If there are leak valves, the insurance will cover the procedure because it would be considered a medical necessity. One of my legs does fall under that; however, my other leg with the spider veins is an out of pocket expense. The procedure (which is injections) doctor said I would need 4 sessions for this and if I paid ahead, I would save $70/per session. It ended up costing me $1100.00. It is done on a 4 week interval. The varicose vein procedure (which is covered by insurance) uses a laser procedure.
I haven't had anything done yet; but I do know with both procedures you have to wear the compression hose for a bit. It's not a procedure where you should expect instananeous results. From what I was told it may look worse before the healing. But, after years of not being able to wear shorts or street lenght skirts/dresses, I am more than willing to go thru the procedures. From my understanding, there is no pain and you can walk out of the office afterwards.
