Real sad a woman your age should suffer with this problem! We have lived here 13 years and to be honest you need to stay covered up, or be constantly applying high factor creams or complete shield! If you have time ask your GP to refer you to a dermatologist. If its a long waiting list ask him to refer you for a private dermatologist!You'll only need a few minutes so it can't cost a lot, and ask Him/Her! Make sure you have your Insurance card with you in Spain, and holiday insurance! The States Hospitals are great, and you'll find translators in all of them these days if you have an emergency! Here on NHS, My wife has had dialysis, Kidney Transplant, and knee replacement. All within 6 months on a waiting list! She'd be dead now in the UK!
