Varicose vein in testes, help with pain?

So i've had a dull aching sensation in my left teste and lowed abdomen for the past couple months, didnt feel any lumps and was relieved when i looked online and discovered its not cancer. I have a large vein visible from the backside of my scrotum so im almost positive this is 'varicocele'. Anyway i've read websites and most say to wear briefs or tighter underwear to relieve the pain, or surgery. My question is there any vitamins or anything i could pick up somewhere to help also? im 18 and really dont want to wear briefs :p thanks

Dude, honestly.. Just wear briefs.

Honestly man, just go to the doctor. It's not worth risking anything bad happening or risking the pain. And honestly they should check it to make sure it's NOT cancer, because an internet diagnosis does not make a medical diagnosis.

Just get to your doctor man.

Perhaps perhaps you need to consult a traditional Chinese doctor, the Chinese medicine unique theory have the help to you. I knew a traditional Chinese doctor truly many which knew in this aspect, you may try to look. This is his individual homepage www.bdg365.com
