I may have varicose veins in ma leg so now whats the cure?

i have varicose veins thats what i think it is
in ma leg the veins have turned dark almost black and are not changing any color so if its that for sure how to cure it any thing other option then surgery or medical procedure
some exercise or some natural stuff

First of all get it confirmed that is it really a varicose veins. If it is true wear stockings during the day and in the night keep your leg elevated with one/two pillows below your feet. This is the procedure to be followed for a long time.Ask your doctor to give medicines as long term varicose can lead to ulcers and other complications if not treated properly
