I have varicose veins...what can i do to have it less visible.? |
it is not that bad though. but i guess it is becoming more visible. what can i do to at least minimize or stop it from getting worst. i no longer wear shorts or skirts.this make me feel insecure. Varicose veins are very common and generally can be taken care of easily and fairly inexpensively. In a nutshell a physician will use a small needle and inject those areas with a saline solution that will cause the vessels to constrict. This will eliminate most if not all of those areas quickly and fairly painlessly as well. Ask your physician about the procedure, its quick and simple. PS this even works on very large veins as well, not just the small spider type of veins. I hope this helps. Eat spinach everyday. Spinach contains a high amount of folic acid, good for cardiovascular health. You legs will start to look slightly better after you eat spinach everyday. Do you also bruise easily? Take care of your veins. If they look like this in your legs...imagine the rest of your cardiovascular health. Lots of leafy greens! they can be removed by a doctor There is a relative inexpensive treatment, I think its called sclerotherapy, where the physician goes into the vein and irrigates it with a solution. This makes the varicose vein dry up and disappear. |
