My wife has small varicose veins at multiple places and surgery is not recommended. Is there a permanent cure?

She is an house wife and started to use compression stockings from hip level.

No permanent cure. Surgery removes the vein that you see and usually the one behind it (which is actually the bad one). I had one leg done and I am very happy. They only had to remove 3 veins. sshe probably has too many veins involved and it would be dangerous for her should she need any heart surgery in the future. (they take those veins from her leg).
If the varicosity is small I don't understand why surgery is not recommended. There is also laser surgery. If varicose veins are hereditary and/or if she is on her feet all day in the wrong shoes, removal will only be temporary. Mine are hereditary and I am on my feet all day (in sneakers) and I expect that at some point I will have more. So far so good. It's been 4 years. And no sign of them yet and my legs feel (and look) great.
ok, that happens when someone is always standing up, like a house wife. a cure is for you to be helpful and take some responsibilities in the house (before it gets worse). hope she gets better!
If they are small enough laser therapy can work or a chemical injection called sclerotic therapy. Larger ones are hardr, but there is a new ultrasound guided procedure in which a small probe is inserted to the vein , it is lasered as the probe is removed.
All of these procedures are instantly curative - for some painful varicosities some incurances cover them , others consider it cosmetic. Medicare still pays for this for painful varcisoe veins.
