Any kind of support hose will help. You have to remember though, for support hose to help with varicose veins and aching legs they have to be put on right. Lie on your back, put your leg up in the air and put the stocking on that way. Same for the other foot.
Compression stockings or TEDS are also another alternative. They are more expensive. You need to put them on the same way.
Both can be purchased in any drug store.
Many people do.
