Make sure your diet includes plenty of Vitamin E. Recommended daily intake for women 19 - 56 is 7mg. Excessive amounts of Vit E will be excreted in the urine. Try adding a couple of tblspns of wheat germ to your weetbix in the morning (health food store). Maybe go to the chemist and buy a vitamin tablet which contains Vit E........If you are taking iron tablets at the moment its best to take them 8 hours before or after Vit. E. Best time to take Vit E. tablets is before meals or before bedtime....Hope this helps........Good Luck....:)
