Mix olive oil with cayene powder, apply to area, wrap in saran wrap for a few hours. I would treat it as i would gangrene. Also, improve your circulatin!! I know 89 year olds who have NO varicose whatsoever!! Vitani C and herbs like red clover are wonderful for this problem!
