What's best way to get rid of varicose veins? |
What's best way to get rid of varicose veins? Depends on how bad they are. I had some little spider veins, (you could see them but they weren't raised ), I had them zapped with a laser and they were less noticeable or disappeared completely. Go to a doctor or laser center for a consultation. Other than surgery where they actually "strip" the vein, there is no way to get rid of them. There are three types of treatment. 1.palliative: has limited scope. avoidance of standing and crepe bandage or elastic stockings. which should be removed during night sleep.Whenever you sit or sleep keep your limb above the heart level. Exercise like bicycle riding in the air while lying on the back, walking etc should be performed to strengthen the calf muscles.2. operative treatment and Injection with a sclerosing agent and compression (with crepe bandage )treatment. |
