Why do people act like violence against women is worse than against men? |
I have never understrood this. Don't women bring it on themselves anyway? They lie, cheat, hurt men at every opportunity and are just plain mean. They wear skin tight clothes because their sex appeal is the only thing that have to offer and then wonder why men see them as nothing but sex objects. Isn't it obvious that the reason they get paid less to fo the same job as a man is because they are nothing but brainless, heartless sex objects? They hate guys that like porn, but they are the ones posing nude! Stupid people. this is a wind up right? What youve just said is a generalisation as well as sterotyping, violence against women is seen as bad because its usually inflicted by men, and with men being seen as masculine and 'macho' its not such a big deal because apparently men do it all the time, that in itself is sterotypical, i mean walking along the street you are more likely to meet a women abused by her bf/husband then a man abused by his gf/wife, its just the way people are. i do agree with you on the porn thing however, but, since when are all women 'brainless, hearltess, sex objects' being on Y!A means you can see all the questions asked by women that are not 'hearltess' or 'brainless' |
