its causes and consequences

The same as violence against men, but women are deemed more worthy of protection when they're a victim of violence.

Societies have not evolved/ civilized sufficiently still.
The ugly elements of society profits from low education level, ignorance and dependence of women on their men and no earning capability.
But as the society evolves, it appears, more and more women r entering the board room, and in a decade from now, men will become the man of the house, and the tables may turn, and the law needs to protect men from their womenfolk who r having more earning power in the future. Women will have more job opportunities and shall be better placed.

Not having testicles, or able to feel their pain. I am very surprised that there is so much violence against women. Hanging outside, balls are so easy to grab and hurt. I guess that nature just put us females, in the reproductive mode, not realizing that we can destroy any man, by the fact we do not have testicles, Perhaps our weakness is they we do not realize that men want what we have, a vagina, and they need us more then we need them. But they have that weakness of balls, that any girl can get her hand on, to cripple a man, before he even blinks an eye.

I will address cause 1st.. Most of the time as you may well know it is due to more than a copious amount of inappropriate words emitted from their piehole. Many times this is incorporated with volunteering their concern where it is not desired. The consequences as with anyone [not only women] after they are warned may be severe due to their instigation most often.. For the most part all would be well if women were seen more & heard less.. Then you wouldn't have to ask this..

The causes of violence against women is a lack of respect for femininity in society. One out of every three women is a victim of violence. Men have the priviledge of not having to be afraid when they walk down the street alone, women do not. Men do not work hard enough for women's rights and without a change in mentality, there will not be less violence against women. Entertainment via TV/movies often show women as weak and annoying. They hardly show how valuable women are to society. News reports often show comtempt for women, especially in politics or government. We have no chance if we are not valued. I was appalled to see that even women are not interested in Women's Rights or Studies. Evidence being in even this section of the blog only has three questions when the rest are filled with thousands of questions and comments. Violence against women (or anyone, for that matter) is a direct result of society's separation from the Heavenly Father.

In the Bible, chapter 5 of the book of Ephesians, discusses how people are to conduct themselves...and how husbands and wives are to interact with each other:

"Do as God does. After all, you are his dear children. Let love be your guide. Christ loved us and offered his life for us as a sacrifice that pleases God. You are God's people, so don't let it be said that any of you are immoral or indecent or greedy. Don't use dirty or foolish or filthy words. Instead, say how thankful you are. Being greedy, indecent, or immoral is just another way of worshiping idols. You can be sure that people who behave in this way will never be part of the kingdom that belongs to Christ and to God.

Don't let anyone trick you with foolish talk. God punishes everyone who disobeys him and says foolish things. So don't have anything to do with anyone like that. You used to be like people living in the dark, but now you are people of the light because you belong to the Lord. So act like people of the light and make your light shine. Be good and honest and truthful, as you try to please the Lord. Don't take part in doing those worthless things that are done in the dark. Instead, show how wrong they are. It is disgusting even to talk about what is done in the dark. But the light will show what these things are really like. Light shows up everything, just as the Scriptures say, "Wake up from your sleep and rise from death. Then Christ will shine on you."

Act like people with good sense and not like fools. These are evil times, so make every minute count. Don't be stupid. Instead, find out what the Lord wants you to do. Don't destroy yourself by getting drunk, but let the Spirit fill your life. When you meet together, sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, as you praise the Lord with all your heart. Always use the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to thank God the Father for everything.

Honor Christ and put others first. A wife should put her husband first, as she does the Lord. A husband is the head of his wife, as Christ is the head and the Savior of the church, which is his own body. Wives should always put their husbands first, as the church puts Christ first.

A husband should love his wife as much as Christ loved the church and gave his life for it. He made the church holy by the power of his word, and he made it pure by washing it with water. Christ did this, so that he would have a glorious and holy church, without faults or spots or wrinkles or any other flaws.

In the same way, a husband should love his wife as much as he loves himself. A husband who loves his wife shows that he loves himself. None of us hate our own bodies. We provide for them and take good care of them, just as Christ does for the church, because we are each part of his body. As the Scriptures say, "A man leaves his father and mother to get married, and he becomes like one person with his wife." This is a great mystery, but I understand it to mean Christ and his church. So each husband should love his wife as much as he loves himself, and each wife should respect her husband."


All throughout the Bible, mankind is given instruction on how to live peacefully and lovingly toward one another. It even gives parents advice on how to raise their children, properly...and advice to children on how to govern themselves in respect to their parents.

As far as the consequences of violence...look around. We live in a fallen world, where chaos, and hatred, are lifestyles.

The Bible works!! It worked back then.....and still does! We, as a people, need to get back into fellowship and relationship with our Heavenly Father, and do this "living" thing the right way...the world will be a much better place, when we all decide to put God first, once again.

Causes of violence against women
1. Harassment
2. Discrimination
3. Preference to boy child.
4. Proportion of women among men in jobs is very less.

Consequences
1. Low child sex ratio.

Causes- anger? ignorance + mo' complex

Consequences, women, and their children get hurt/suffer.

Demoralization of society.

The guy gets kicked in the balls....... lol
