Self defence against women (violence)?

every one says you should never hit a woman, !!!!

DONT SAY , violence is never right , blah , blah , blah
i am talking about the real world

will make this clear

if a woman comes up to and hits you , WHY CANT you hit her back in self defence

i not understand it, I AM MALE

1) is it cause there physically smaller ?
size not matter when you hit some one , its how you hit them

2) females . and cant hit that hard?
i have known bodybuilders who cant hit , and i have known 9st females who can hit like a sledgehammer!

3) you should be a REAL man and walk away?
90% of woman know that 90% of blokes know that they wont get hit back , that makes it worse cause then they are taking the piss out of you cause they are betting you wont , even though if it was a bloke you would hit back !!

4) you should not hit back only restrain ?
i play fight with my gf all the time , only messing about, i have tryed restraining her , by going around the back and holding her
she broke my toe , my nose and gave me a black eye, my fault , i taught her how to get out of it if she ever got jumped.
(p.s. i not do any thing back cause it was an accident lol)

so could any one please explain it for me?

7 answers so , far ,

YOU JUST DONT is not an answer]

restraining is more likley to get you hurt!

BLOCK , people hit more than once, you will get hit

i am a woman and i believe that if i went up to a bloke and hit him i would fully expect to be hit back. man or woman does not give you the right to hit anyone if you do be prepared for the other person to defend themselves that's the way i look at it anyway.
why should i be treated any different because i am a woman? if i decided to hit someone i should be prepared to get one back, i don't have the right to become immune to a slap if i started it.
if a woman didn't want a slap back don't slap in the first place.
watching a documentary on telly the police stated that they restrain a woman in exactly the same way as a man on resisting arrest with as much force they stated women are treated no differently if they are committing the same offense so why should it be a different rule for the general public?
also don't forget women can be more vicious in a fight than a man and most of the time restraining them will only make them more mad believe me i know how it works i am one lol.
violence is never ok but sometimes you can't avoid it if you need to defend yourself then you do what has to be done.
there should be no preferential treatment if a woman attacks you it is no different to a man attacking you or a teenager with an asbo coming at you with a knife are you expected to stand there and get stabbed just because they are a child, i don't think so, at the end of the day you are being attacked simple as that you have the right to defend yourself no matter what. it's women that think they can get away with hitting a man with no comeback that unfortunately give us all bad press.
you have the right to defend yourself against anyone.

Equal rights for women says you should hit back.

Just push her, flat of your hands into the shoulders.
Make sure to shout a bit before you do it.

The key is knowing the difference between self defence and violence. Also, in law, there is a constraint called 'reasonble force'.

I would... Idk. If a girl gos at a guy all tough like then she should even EXPECT a hit back.

unless the woman is trying to bloody kill u or seriously hurt you then you should walk away and call the police. violence doesn't solve anything. and i would say exactly the same to a woman. if she's trying to cause serious damage then restrain her to protect yourself.

edit: ok u clearly just want us to say it's ok to hit women because you will not accept any other answer (even though self-defence is a very valid answer). so if it makes u happy then go hit women

don't hit her, call the cops
BLOCK HER HIT

Because you just don't. End of.
