Violence against woman?

when is violence against woman acceptable, what makes it acceptable or not acceptable and why

alright how up dude i never said i my self hit females outside of sparing, or if am defending my self i would never get violent towards a female for the reason that i just felt like doing that maybe in the past long ago i did but i have evolved from such stupid mind thoughts so please don't be assuming that just because i asked a question like this means i hit woman or act violent against them when its not in a proper way

Violence against women or towards anyone else male or female for that matter should never be acceptable unless it was in the event of having to protect yourself in defense or your family. In the case of protection then it wouldn't matter if it was male or female. But violence against women without defense is wrong and not acceptable. This could go on for miles, but I'll stop here.

Its acceptable when she likes it...lol there's many ppl that love to get hit! & when its not acceptable is NEVER & like i said unless she likes it! Men think that women are weak & inferior but the truth is that women have all the power & control of everything! & sometimes when stuff get out of contol they forget that! Anyone can get up & walk away at anytime, but sometimes then men just want a punching bag & to verbally abuse them! No one woman or man should have to put up with anyone like that!

Violence against women is never acceptable. Unless they are attacking you. And even then, only use enough to just defuse the situation, not incapacitate her. It's just not right. Not that violence against men is any better.
However, a friend and I put another friend of ours in the hospital when we found out that he had severely beaten his pregnant fiance. We went and pulled him out of his job and beat the living crap out of him. When his boss came out to find out what was going on, he joined in when we told him. Then we went and helped her pack and move.

The major influence of misogyny and violence against women are male patriarchal norms which has been forced upon our society by politics, religion and social avenues.

Women have been the target for gender violence for ages now and it's hateful men like you who foster violence against women in a societal gender terrorism: verbal abuse, rapes, beatings, threats, etc.


All these things are men's little way of handling their inferior complexes by keeping women in a specific "place" in life.聽

It's men like this who feel so inherently inferior, the only way you can assert your worth is through violence.

Men who hit women should never be allowed to breed and pass on their junk DNA.

In all seriousness, I don't think any violence against women is acceptable but if it's self defense and you're trying to save your life or the lives of others.

I feel violence against a woman is never ok...however I also do not feel it's ok for a woman to place their hands on a man and if she does she deserves a little tap ......look I am female and I know of guys that are abused as well and I feel some women can and are stronger then men so what is acceptable is if a woman hits man 1st she has it coming the same way and vice versa

Self-defense is acceptable regardless of the gender of your attacker. Also, defense of others is acceptable for the same reasons. Otherwise, violence is never the right answer.

Violence against women by a man is NEVER acceptable.

Hitting a women is never acceptable however i do think men have the right to defend themselves from women who beat the crap out of them but that doesn't necessarily mean beating her - just restraining her in whatever way he can!

It is never, never acceptable. Unless this woman was trying to murder you and you had to defend yourself.

Violence against women and men is never acceptable but self defense is. So, for example, if a woman was going to attack a man he could hold her off/push her off.

Its never ok or acceptable. I can understand defending yourself, but even so, I would just block, take a step back and if they stop, ok. If they dont, I block again. (but its not ok)
