Overall weight lifting/weight management/health question?


Alright, I am a freshman highschool athlete. 5'2, 145. I play football (O/D line), wrestle, and am going out for the baseball team (2nd base). I have various questions.

1. How should a bench? more reps, less weight or more weight less reps?
2. Should I consider football position change (lost 20 lbs over season) to linebacker (fyi, 30 linemen in front of me in program, few linebackers on our team)
3. Am I overworking yself? Wrestling practice AM, P.E. 5th period (around noon) Lift after school for 45 minutes, then 2+ hour wrestling practice PM.
4 How should I adjust my lifting program? Let me give you my lifting stats so far.
Bench: 95
Incline: 80
squat: 350
Leg Lift: 450
Kickbacks: 300
Lat Pull Down: 135
Lat pull in: 135
Jammers(basically a lineman's explosion at the start of a play w/ weight): 85
miltitary press: 65.
Any suggestions?
Final Question, what is an ideal weight for a linebacker for highschool football?

If you want to become more massive, you should work out with heavier weight doing less reps. For you weight, you should be a wide receiver or a cornerback. An ideal weight for a high school linebacker should be around 220-250.
