Alright, I am a freshman highschool athlete. 5'2, 145. I play football (O/D line), wrestle, and am going out for the baseball team (2nd base). I have various questions. If you want to become more massive, you should work out with heavier weight doing less reps. For you weight, you should be a wide receiver or a cornerback. An ideal weight for a high school linebacker should be around 220-250. |
