Good (safe) Herbal Weight Management Options? |
Like everyone else in the world, I'm getting older and what I eat seems to "stick" to me more than it used to. I don't eat particularly bad, and I'm fairly active. My metabolism is just slowing down, which is normal. Well, there are a few supplements that can help with metabolism... but you should be aware that no supplement or drug can force you to lose weight if you don't exercise at all, even if it's just a little walking here and there. It doesn't have to be anything "proper" or "official", it doesn't have to be in a gym, and you don't have to wear anything special for it... you just need to do something physical in order for your body to burn the calories that you consume. Even if it's your favorite hobby/activity: gardening, walking, yard work, playing with kids/pets, cleaning, rearranging furniture, etc, etc, etc. |
