Fiber choice weight management?



i need fiber and i am also on a diet. has anyone ever tried this or do you know if is healthy or works?

I try to get fiber in my cereal. I buy one that is sweet and has a little fiber in it (Vanilla Almond Crunch at Whole Foods) and then I add in another cereal that is Multigrain Flakes that has a lot of fiber and I probably wouldn't eat on its own. I started with a little at first and increase the fiber flakes. It seems to be working well and I can really tell if I stop eating it.
