Is the Lighter Life weight management program really safe in long term? Does it really work?

Is the Lighter Life weight management program really safe in long term? Does it really work?

I have been on LL for one week and lost 10lbs already. I think there is a slight weight increase when you go back to eating normally however you should be educated enough through counselling and dietitian advice to make sensible choices. Good luck - its not easy but it is worth it! x
oh mymum did this...she found it really hard,,she did loose weight doing it tho..

the first 3 days of starving yourself (with the food packets provided) are the worse...you feel incrediably weak but after that its ok..you will loose the weight however once you begin to eat normally again the weight tends to come back so its important you maintain the gym and try to go back to normal foods carefully eating healthy and a balance diet.

GOOD LUCK THO'
well, my girl freind used to go to something like this for a couple of years and it really worked. yes its safe
Just because a particular diet worked for someone does not mean that it will work for you. Design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. A whole lot of information on a weight loss diet and exercises is available at http://tinyurl.com/jax5h
