What should each meal include?

if you incorporate a ((well balanced)) variety of foods from the food pyramid, you should be able to come up with the ideal menu for weight loss..

keeping in mind that moderation is the key to any successful weight loss plan..
you may want to consult a nutritionist or a doctor for a personalized meal plan! but i can give you an idea: make sure to have fruits, vegetables, and protein in your diet, and dairy is a must.
