Is it possible to have a yeast infection without knowing it? |
I am not entirely sure what one is, but I know it causes your discharge to smell, and I have been having an unusual amount of that. Yes, one can have a yeast infection going on and not know it. But because of the smell that can occur in the discharge of some women it's not always yeast, sometimes it can be an indication of another type of infection called bacterial vaginosis. |
