*TMI* warning! Is this a yeast infection or something else?

This is so embarrassing, but I am worried. I am 29 weeks pregnant today, and I've been having an annoying recurring yeast infection pretty much this whole pregnancy. Doc knows about it, says it's pretty common, and all I can do is treat it every time it comes back.

This morning I woke up and noticed I felt wet "down there", almost like I peed in the bed, and when I went to the bathroom, noticed GREEN, chunky, discharge- and a lot of it. I have a doc appointment at 1:30 today but was just wondering if anyone knew what this was? This looked like discharge consistant with a yeast infection (thick, cottage cheese like) but it was green. I have never had green discharge before, and it's kinda worrying me.
Is this just another yeast infection or something worse?

Just got back from the doctor & turns out it was a yeast infection... just a really bad one I guess. Anyway I got a prescription that should take care of it ONCE & FOR ALL!!

Green or yellow discharge means some sort of infection. Since you are having reoccurring yeast infections... it could be that it came back with a vengeance!! I'm glad to hear you are going to the doctor today. I think you'll be fine. You'll be on meds again!!!!.... Taking antibiotics can also cause infections... since you are taking them left and right... you've probably just have a bad one this time!!! ... Good luck Hun!!

i fought that almost my whole pregnancy, it is yeast infection, it is very annoying and it is very embarrassing but dont worry about it doc can perscribe you diflucan and it will rid of it good luck and congrats on your lil one

Sounds like yeast to me. It can be slightly greenish or slightly yellowish as well as the normal white. Hopefully, he can just treat it and you can move on...they're such a pain in the you know what!

You may have a secondary infection, like trichomoniasis. You should tell your doctor about any change to your discharge, as it may require a different kind of treatment.

i've never heard of a green colored discharge while having a yeast infection.. unless it's jsut a really bad yeast infection.. hopefully that's all it is.. keep us posted please..

Wow...Umm...I've never heard of this and hopefully it can be treated. Is it painful.
