What do i have, a yeast infection?

i have had some symptoms for the past week. first my penis just got red, then it got really dry, basically just flaking off skin thats how dry it was. then i got a couple red bumps on my penis, almost like a rash.
there is no burning when i pee, and the soars did not blister or turn into ulcers.
is this a yeast infection ?

could be, but sounds more like an std, get to the doctor asap, could be herpes virus, or genital warts
