Another reason why you would have itchy and burning sensations in vagina opening other than a yeast infection?

I did the Monistat 7 treatment but I still get those sensations every once in a while.. Can there be another reason for that.. Currently 11 weeks 2days pregnant.

I have my next appt. on July 3rd should I wait till then?

I would call the OB just to be safe. Our bodies change so much during pregnancy that it could just be a stubborn yeast infection that won't go away, a possible bladder infection, or just a change in the vaginal bacteria levels due to hormones. If you are using scented soap, bubble bath, or even scented or colored TP can be the culprit. Please give your OB a call.

I had that too. I found that switching my laundry detergent to scent free and using organic soap really helped. I didnt need any medications it was just irritation.

Could be bacterial vaginosis. If it is, you'll need an antibiotic to clear it up.

I suggest you get checked out by the OB.
