Why do I have reoccuring Yeast Infections?

I don't douche, i shower 1 or 2 times a day, I never wear underwear at home (it's uncomfortable, and i'm at home often), I never wear a damp bathing suit and my boyfriend doesn't have it or give it back to me...basically I avoid anything that could give it to me. What is it? Oh and I've been tested for HIV and STDs and i'm clean! Help!!

Yes well I love all carbs (bread especially). And I am on the pill, but I've been on the same one for awhile (but I have difficulties finding the right one I've been through like 10 different kinds...)

i get them all the time too. so i know they are horrible! i have tried everything too... i have heard that all yeast, sugar things can do it but... ??? if i have a soda the next day i will get one. but i have recently discovered herbal remedies and i have not had one since! i have gone to the doctors so many times and all they do is give me drugs which in truth only mask the problem and then it comes back! so...

it could be medication if ur on any or ur diet ..
my friend gets it alot and her doctor told her to cut out food with yeast in it .... sounds dumb but does help ... food like bread etc

When I was on the "pill" I had a yeast infection a lot. Got off of the pill and I haven't had it any more.
