How can i get rid of my yeast infection?

ok. how can i get rid of my yeast infection without going to the doctor? i no i should go to the doctor but im to embrassed to go. is there any over the counter products i can buy? if so wat are theyre names?

i live in australia...

On the feminine products eisle there should be a little section of various medicines for yeast infections. Some of these come in creams, some in ovules, etc. If you know of a particular brand (like monistat) you can check out their website for more information on the products.

If you've never had a yeast infection before, it's best to go to your doctor. There are some infections that have similar sypmtoms but that will not be cured by yeast infection treatment. So if you try an over the counter cream and it doesn't work in the specified amount of time, see your doctor.

If you're brave and go to the doctor, they may be able to perscribe you one little pill to clear it up. This pill is taken once and in a few days it starts clearing up symptoms without any messy creams.

There is nothing embarassing about a yeast infection. They can happen to any woman for a dozen reasons. Your doctor has seen every reason under the sun for a yeast infection and will only be interested in helping you get over yours. Doctors are there to help, not to judge.

Over the counter products work but if u wanna reach the source n not pay as much eat yogurt.... for myself i would eat like four a day for 3 days then eat one a day for a week or two... after 2 days u should notice the effect... the over the counter meds only affect the souce whereas the yogurt gets in ur blood stream to affect it systemically

Most of girls affect this problem , bcaz of poor hygenic. u better wash ur vagina with warm water( note: not too cold or hot water) .. don't use the soap as u mush to wash that part..

I prefer the oinment "CANDEX G". its solve ur yeast infection. after wash ur vagina by warm water, pat dry off . apply this cream. it work outs well.

wear always cotton normal fitting panty. don't use tight panty. In the sleeping time don't wear panty and apply this cream.. . ok.. u soon get rid of this problem. eat healthy foods..

i use vagisil and it cleared it less than 2 days its nothing to be embarrased about most women get it

Do you all have Monistat or the equivalent in stores? I'd go look... that's really the only way I know how it's going to go away.
