I don't have any idea about your problem. However, I came across a blog about yeast infection. Hope you find your answer there.

:)

The directions should be on the box. Wait two weeks just to be sure. I had a yeast infection that recurred and I didn't know it before I had sex again. My partner found yeast on himself when he went into the bathroom and turned on the light. He wasn't grossed out really since his exwife used to get yeast infections. We had to buy medicine for him to apply to make sure that he didn't get an infection. Are you buying OTC yeast infection meds? Have you been diagnosed by a doctor that you have yeast infections? If you have not been to the doctor, you need to make an appointment. Sometimes other infections may be present or it may not be a yeast infection at all. Sometimes women with blood sugar problems get recurrent yeast infections.

Has your partner been checked for a yeast infection?
Not quite sure why people think men do not get this, but they do as well.
If you have a infection and had sex with him, and he has one (though of course it does not look like womens but men do get them!), and does not take care of his, then you two get together again, then you will get it again.....

Though not as common as women, men do get these!!
As soon as you know neither one of you have signs of yeast infection you can have sex, but have him wear a condom.
Make sure you are not allergic to the condom, and he is clean while putting it on!

You shouldn't have sex until the infection is gone. At least 7 days.

at least a few days and until all symptoms are gone
