The acidophilus in the yogurt is what's supposed to help with yeast infections. Get yourself some plain yogurt, not all that fruity sugary stuff they call yogurt.

You can also buy plain acidophilus in pill form. None of that stuff works for me personally. It's all in your body chemistry I guess.
